Conditions: a 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking, with the balance due within 7 days, or if the booking is within 7 days then payment is to be made in full.  Balances for bookings made more than 6 months in advance are not due until 30 days prior to your visit.

Cancellations: a cancellation fee of $50 applies if the cancellation is received more than 14 days prior to the booking or $200 if within 4 to 14 days of booked arrival or full deposit if within 3 days of booked arrival.

Payment can be made by Direct Deposit (preferable) or Visa or Mastercard (optional).

Easter - Minimum booking of 4 nights.

Christmas/New Year (23/12 – 3/01) – Minimum booking of 7 nights (unless fewer nights are available).

Terms

Persons making bookings must be at least 18 years of age.  You may be required to provide credit card details at or prior to check-in/arrival to cover incidental charges, loss or damage and you may be required to provide photo ID.  You may be asked to provide a Bond or Security Deposit to secure your booking.  Accommodation may be refused if the credentials of any guest at or prior to check-in/arrival are not reasonably satisfied.

Check-in & Check-out Times

Check-in & check-out times at Marri House are 2 pm & 10 am respectively unless otherwise arranged. You will feel pampered & special from the moment you arrive, with fresh fruit, a starter supply of tea & coffee & a chilled bottle of southwest wine to welcome you. You’ll want to take your time to settle in!

Keys / Check-out

Two sets of door keys are provided. They each open all 4 of the external doors. The keys will be collected from your hosts on arrival or from the lockable Key Safe outside the single-door entry to Marri House (a PIN number will be provided). Keys can be left with your hosts or in the Key Safe when you depart.
